In accordance with article 52 and following of law 21/2014, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the sale contract for any reason, without the obligation to provide an explanation and without penalty within 15 days of purchase, except where indicated in the following paragraphs.

In order to exercise this right, the customer should inform the supplier explicitly of his or her decision to withdraw via an email sent to ecommerce@ferrucciovecchi.com.

Transport costs for returns are payable by the customer.

The right to withdraw is, however, subject to the following conditions:

The product returned must be complete and undamaged;

Shipping costs for returning goods are payable by the customer

The return request must be received within 15 days of purchase

In the event of damage/theft/loss of the package during transport by carrier paid for by the customer, the supplier must be informed (within 5 days of the problem) so that the customer can make a claim against the carrier chosen and obtain reimbursement for the value of the goods (where insured); in the former case, the product should be delivered to the customer to be returned, and the request for withdrawal cancelled at the same time.

On its arrival in our warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not due to transport and different from evidence necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, which were not communicated when the withdrawal was requested. Where such issues are found, FERRUCCIO VECCHI will retain a percentage of the refund owing, not greater than 10%, as a contribution to the repair costs.

With the exception of repair costs for damage to the item, FERRUCCIO VECCHI will proceed to reimburse the customer the entire price of the returned products (excluding shipping costs) within 14 (fourteen) days from receiving the goods.

Refunds will be given using the same payment method used for purchase, within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the returned items at the supplier’s warehouse. The customer will be informed by email when the refund has been completed. Remember that there may be a gap of several days between credit to the supplier’s bank and the purchaser’s bank.

The right to withdraw is completely invalidated in the absence of the essential condition of product integrity, in cases where FERRUCCIO VECCHI detects:

use of the product which has compromised its integrity, or the wearing of any materials;
the absence of integral parts of the product;
damage to the product for causes other than transport.

In the event of invalidity of the right to withdraw, the goods will be held at the premised of FERRUCCIO VECCHI, available for collection by the customer at their own expense.

Returns are not accepted for personalised items (e.g. marked with names or initials). Customers are advised to contact customer services prior to placing the order, and they will be put in contact with the manufacturer so as to optimise the order and avoid fitting problems.
